We are the same age so likea lot of your fans I grew up watching you in wonderful movies which influenced me to mae films. While going to college times were hard and I was struggling to make ends meet. I remember Tuff Turf came to a local Hollywood theater that played 2 movies for $3. When I saw it the first thing I remembered was how it was like seeing an old friend. Only now you were older and much more beautiful. Then I was reminded of how the storyline was close to Rebel Without a Cause (one of my favorites). Needless to say you had me mesmerized. It was a hard time for me - I was a stranger in a strange land, had very little money, and wasn't sure where my life was going. But seeing that you had the courage to continue with your career (even though it was a B movie) you made the best of it and shined on that screen like a diamond. I think every guy who sees you in that movie falls in love with you. There's a kind and beautiful innocence that all the make-up and high heels cannot hide. Now I live in Burbank and have sold some scripts, made some money, and am certain I made the right choice. Thank you for being such an inspiration. Like everyone else I feel as if I know you and ae your friend. Love and kisses. I wish you all the hapiness in the world.

Thanks, everybody, for giving me a clue.   At first, I wasn't going to sign the guestbook. It was obvious that I could not hope to match the eloquence of the expressions of sympathy already here. But then I visited a site where half a dozen or more people said things about Kim that were way beyond insensitive, they were cruel - unbelievably, sickeningly cruel.   A few years ago the FX cable channel was getting started and they announced that they would rerun " Nanny and the Professor ". I was in goggle-eyed amazement when I discovered that in the premier episode Kim only had two lines - which did not at all match my very clear memory of being totally bowled over by her fabulous performance. And so I finally realized that I had not gotten my start as a Kim Richards fan because of an objective appraisal of her ability as an actress. One evening in January of 1970 I had fallen in love.   Now it's time to pay her back for that. I am here to make a public statement about which side I'm on.   To Kathy and Kim and Kyle from the only people whose opinions count: the ones who love you.
