Breast Cancer Research
In honour of Kathleen Richards
(mother of Kim, Kyle, and Kathy Richards)

Kathleen Richards passed away Saturday, March 2, 2002 because of breast cancer. In honour of Kathleen, we decided to make a donation towards Breast Cancer Research in her name. The total rasied was $120 Canadian and $120 US which makes a grand total of $200 US. The donation was made April 8, 2002 to the Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in memory of Kathleen Richards by the Kim Richards' Fan Club.

Here is a scan of the card I received which will be mailed to Kim Richards along with the messages that were included with the donations. I have emailed Kim to let her know what we did so that I can make sure of what address to send it to. As soon as I hear back and know for certain where to send it to, I will send her the card and the messages.

I am not Kim Richards, but merely a long term fan who decided a few years ago to put a website about Kim Richards together. Because of this site, and a letter, I am now in contact with Kim. She emailed me March 4 to let me know about the sad news, and after notifying some of her fans, one of them made this suggestion which I immediately decided to do. Kim Richards does, or will soon, know about this. This is our way to show our appreciation to her for all she has done for us.
